Firma JAPE service.cz s.r.o. was incorporated in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Prague on 4 October 2006. The main reason for the establishment of the company was the possibility to expand contractual transport and, at the same time, the neccessity to become a trustworthy partner for our customers. The decission to establish a limited liability company has made it necessary for us to decide whether should do it by purchasing such a company or by establishing it by ourselves or with the help of a specialized firm. We chose what seemed to be the simplest variant - to establish our own company with the help of a firm to assist us. However it was an unpleasant surprise for us to learn that the firm had been carrying out its services in a considerably unprofessional manner, charging us substantial amounts and, as a matter of fact, they did not do anything on our behalf, leaving most of the work up to us. Therefore, we decided to study all the necessary laws, endure the obstinacy of our public officers and establish the company by ourselves. In this way, we gained valuable experience, which we have decided to offer to you at reasonable prices. This was our stepping stone for expanding our services by adding assistance in establishing companies and later, the sale of ready-made companies because we know that this issue is not easy in this country and in the case of some mistakes, it becomes very expensive.
