Establishment of companies
The price for new company (s.r.o.) is CZK 39.990,- (€ 1.700,-) excluding VAT, all charges and registered office for one year is included !!!
Our service in establishing companies includes:
- - preparation of the documents needed for the establishment of the company
- - provision of a notary public necessary for the establishment deeds
- - holding a General Meeting
- - representation of the client in dealings with the state administration authorities (Trade Licensing Office, Tax Office)
- - registration of trades and reception of trade certificates and/or licence deeds
- - provision of the company's registered office
- - authenticated translations of documents, filing the applications for
- - incorporation of the company in the Commercial Register
- - registration of a new company for corporate income tax
- - registration for other taxes, as needed.

- - lease of a registered office for your company, answering machine, fax machine, email
- - collecting and forwarding mail, email and fax messages

Facts on trading companies
An entity is allowed to act on behalf of a new company only after its incorporation in the Commercial Register. The preparation of all necessary documents in the process of establishing a trading company and registration in the Commercial Register can last more than several weeks or months (it depends primarily on the founders - how fast they are able to gather and process the needed documentation). Yet in practice, the founders often fail if they do not use professional assistance. Applications for incorporation are automatically rejected by the registration court if the submitted documents are incorrect or incomplete.
